MOROCCO: The Kingdom of the Senses
Join us to discover the magic of Morocco in a 10 days trip. A country full of contrasts where tradition and nature intertwine in unforgettable landscapes. Our adventure begins in Marrakech, the vibrant "red city", with its souks full of aromas, colors and sounds, and the famous Jemaa El-Fna square, cultural and gastronomic heart of the country. From there, we will depart to the majestic Atlas MountainsWe will cross mountain passes and valleys where rural life remains intact. Among adobe kasbahs and Berber villages we will discover the authenticity of deep Morocco.
The route will lead us to the legendary Sahara Desert. We will spend magical nights in camps under a starry sky, ride camels among golden dunes and contemplate sunsets that look like paintings. We will continue to the Atlantic Coastwhere pristine beaches and charming fishing villages await us, ideal for relaxing after the intensity of the journey.
On this tour, cultural diversity mingles with a gastronomy rich in spices and hospitality. Each day will be a different experience: from getting lost in the labyrinths of Marrakech to feeling the infinite silence of the Sahara or the ocean breeze. A journey that captures the essence of Morocco in all its splendor.

DAY 01:
Marrakech
Our staff will wait for the arrival of the participants at Marrakech-Menara Airport (RAK) and we will transfer to our hotel in the city center. We will have a first contact with the rich Moroccan culture, visiting the colorful "Jamaa el Fna" square and the historical center of Marrakech.
DAY 02:
Marrakech - Ouzoud Waterfalls
After breakfast we will have a guided tour of the Medina and the Royal Palaces in Marrakech. We will then depart to our next destination which will take us to discover the beautiful Ouzoud Waterfalls. We will arrive to photograph the sunset in this wonderful location.
DAY 03:
Ouzoud - Skoura Valley
We will wake up early in the morning to take pictures of the sunrise at the waterfalls and after breakfast we will leave for the Natural Park of Imi n'Ifri. Continue to the Skoura Valley, passing through Berber villages and towns. Overnight in the city of Skoura.
DAY 04:
Skoura - Ouzina
After breakfast we will depart to the Todra Gorges, and the town of Erfoud, known for its fossils. Continue to Taouz from where we will move to Ouzina, an area of the desert of southern Morocco quiet, unspoiled and indigenous.
DAY 05:
Ouzina - Merzouga
We leave Ouzina to go to Rissani, and visit the market where we can make Street Photography and Portraits. After lunch we will return to Merzouga where the camels will be waiting for us for a camel ride to our camp in the middle of the desert. Dinner and photo session with our local model in the desert dunes next to the Milky Way.
DAY 06:
Merzouga Desert
After breakfast we will spend a day to know Merzouga and the surroundings of Erg Chebbi. We will visit Khamlia to dress up in the typical local costumes and learn about their music (Gnawa). After lunch we will have a free afternoon with the possibility of doing some activities such as a quad ride in the desert or ride with camels.
DAY 07:
Merzouga - Ouarzazate
After breakfast we will leave the great desert of Merzouga and head towards the Draa Valley. Largest palm grove in Morocco. Visit the Tizgui Waterfall. Overnight in Ouarzazate.
DAY 08:
Ouarzazate - Essaouira
We will visit the facilities of the Atlas Film Studios, known as the Hollywood of Africa. We will stop at the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, scene of numerous films such as Gladiator and The Game of Thrones. We will also visit the Ounila Valley and Kasbah of Telouet, passing through the mountain pass of Tizi n Tichka (2,260 meters altitude) and arriving in Marrakech to continue to the beautiful coastal city of Essaouira.
DAY 09:
Essaouira - Marrakech
After breakfast, we will spend the day exploring the coastal city of Essaouira, its Medina and its long beaches. In the afternoon we will return to Marrakech for our farewell dinner in a typical restaurant.
DAY 10:
Marrakech
Our great journey comes to an end. After breakfast, we will transfer to Marrakech Airport.

Jheison Huerta
The expedition will be led by Peruvian photographer Jheison Huerta and his team of collaborators. He is the founder of the Photo Andes agency, which has been organizing photography tours since 2014 in some of the such as Peru, Norway, Iceland, Morocco, Bolivia, Italy, and Argentina, among others.
He is currently a Sony brand ambassador as an Alpha Partner for Latin America. Jheison Huerta has received international recognition for his work in promoting astrophotography which earned him recognition fromNASA with the APOD (Astronomy Picture of the Day). He also teaches the astrophotography course on the Domestika website, and his work has been published in major media outlets: BBC, National Geographic, History, Mirror, Telemundo, Globo, El Comercio, and many more. He was nominated by the Photopills app as one of the 25 most inspiring photographers in the world, and his work is featured the book "Photopillers of the Year 2020."
He is currently collaborating with National GeographicUK on the production of the series"Welcome To The Earth," presented by Will Smith and broadcast on the Disney+ platform.
